The Gift of a Mind at Ease: How Mindfulness Fosters Learning

Mindfulness shifts how we relate with our experience, encouraging us to bring a curious, non-judgmental attitude to each moment and each situation. This openness encourages creative problem solving, resiliency, perspective-taking, and promotes positive engagement. This training will introduce the benefits of mindfulness and teaches educators specific practices and strategies for incorporating those practices into their classroom.
