Gifted in the Regular Education Classroom (November P2P)
November 16, 2023 @ 7:00 pm - 8:30 pm
FreeGifted in the Regular Education Classroom: Understanding the criticality of student differentiation and why it is crucial for our gifted learners…and their teachers!
Our gifted students are not only gifted when they work with the gifted teacher! Their depth and breadth of thinking, and incredible skill or potential allow them to consistently approach challenging tasks, or projects while exhibiting aptitude above their same-age peers. This session will share the impact of classroom differentiation strategies and explore a framework for how to best meet their needs through classroom differentiation. Being gifted ‘all the time’ does not equate to perfection in all things but in a gifted student’s approach to learning.
Please join us on November 16th, 2023, at 7 p.m. for a Parent-to-Parent (P2P) online group discussion hosted by the PA Association of Gifted Education. Dr. Elizabeth Shucker will join Deanie Gauntlett and other PAGE experts
Please note that this event will not be recorded for distribution.
