Building Resilience in your Gifted Child-Dr. Gail Post
Most families seek to instill and cultivate “resilience” as a critical strength in their children, although it can be as elusive as it is essential. Resilience is especially important for gifted children, since many struggle with intense emotions, problems with peers, and challenges within the educational system. This workshop will address resilience-building with your gifted child, how to identify any gaps in resilience development, and specific approaches to encouraging greater resilience.
